At Emaxmodel, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion find isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange unworn items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals are still intact.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
